Thanksgiving Thoughts ..About Victoria Seals-Carmack

It's Thanksgiving morning and the turkey is in the Oven. For the first time in 19 years I am cooking at home, my son was only 5 months old, and now He is grown and out on his own. Wow, how time flies. I just wanted to share my inner most thoughts about Thanksgiving. First and foremost I am thankful to God for loving me, saving me and always being there for me. God promised in His Word He would never leave us or forsake us, and I have found that Truth.

Many things has happened to me as a child and in my life as for most people who will take the time to post on this topic. In life I have made a choose to make today the best day of my life. Stuff happens to us all, but I have learned that what the enemy plans for bad God can turn around and make it good in your life.
I am thankful for my husband, I had prayed after my divorce for God to send someone to love me the  way He loved me, unconditionally. After a six year relationship God allowed me the honor to have my prayers answered, I was married to my Jesus Man on Easter of this year. After we had first met, my husband had a dream of opening a retail gift store. He and I started working on it together. In ten months the business was opened. I will never forget my husband saying, "I am rolling the dice and this is double or nothing". We gave our all and make a vow, to give and help those around us, trust God and know He would bless the efforts of our labor. God did it. Bill and I both came from a divorce situation where loss was taken. In the six years since we met God has been the center focus of our life, God restored everything we had lost, and gave us peace.

My Father God has no respect of person, and if He will do that for us, He will do it for you. In pain, sorry, sickness, a loss of a family member God will sustain you. In His word He promised He would never leave us nor forsake us, and He will not. I am thankful that I KNOW no matter what comes We have the strength to endure.
I am thankful for my family, my son and all those around us that see us as a parent role model. I am in my Forties and realize its not the size of your bank account that give you satisfaction but the joy and peace I can give others. I am thankful for for being able to walk again with minimal pain, after a huge fall four years ago. I chose to allow my accident to teach me to succeed instead of being a victim.

Always look for the pot at the end of the rainbow, 431 times in the Bible it is written, "it came to pass." This too shall come to pass. We reap what we sow, and we are drawn to what we focus on. Much change is to come for us here in America and around the world. Choose to focus on good on God and He will make our crooked paths straight. I am thankful you took you time to read my post. Happy Thanksgiving! It's the small things in life that make life worth living.
